Olivia Centre – a leader in sustainable development
The ESG report of Olivia Centre presents impressive results: despite a growing number of employees and record-high occupancy in 2024, the centre reduced municipal waste by 23%, energy consumption by 4%, and CO₂e emissions by over 5 tonnes, thanks to the long-running Tork Paper Circle recycling programme.
Green patios and rain gardens
Olivia Centre is undergoing a green transformation – in 2024 nearly 700 new plants were planted and a flower meadow covering more than 1,200 m² was created. Concrete surfaces are being replaced with rain gardens and pocket parks, connected by winding walking paths, creating a welcoming environment that encourages relaxation and social interaction.
Olivia Pulse – a new residential function
Olivia Centre is evolving into a fully-fledged mixed-use complex. Construction has begun on Olivia Pulse – a residential building with 245 apartments – which will complement the existing offering of offices, services, restaurants, and leisure areas. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026, providing residents with access to the full infrastructure of Olivia Centre.
A workplace for 15,000 people
Today, Olivia Centre is home to nearly 200 companies, including global brands such as Amazon, Bayer, Capgemini, Deloitte, Nordea, PwC, and thyssenkrupp. Around 15,000 people work in the complex, making Olivia Centre a key driver of the Pomeranian economy – generating jobs, contributing to the city budget, and boosting the region’s investment attractiveness.
Growth and transparency
Olivia Centre also ensures financial transparency – bonds issued by companies associated with the centre are listed on the Catalyst market, and in 2024 a public bond programme worth PLN 150 million was successfully completed.
