The revitalization of the former Norblin, Bracia Buch and T. Werner plants began in 2008, when the two-hectare site at the intersection of Żelazna, Łucka and Prosta Streets was purchased by the Capital Park group. The first stage of the investment included preparatory works, incl. developing concepts in accordance with conservation guidelines, collecting the necessary documentation and obtaining permits. Then, for four years, construction and revitalization works were carried out, in which 1,000 people were involved in key moments. employees and over 100 maintenance workers. The post-factory buildings regained their former glory, and an eight-story office space in an industrial atmosphere was built over them.

The Norblin factory currently has over 65,000 sq m total area, of which 41 thousand. sq m are A + class offices, and 24 thousand sq m have been adapted to the entertainment, cultural, gastronomic, commercial and service space. Within the complex there are Ludwik Norblin and Teodor Werner streets, which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The office space of the project has already been leased in 100%, while the entertainment, gastronomic, cultural and commercial space has been leased in over 65%. The PRC Architekci studio was responsible for the architectural design, Warbud was the main contractor for the investment. Soletanche Polska, Maat4 and TKT Engineering. The Monument Service was responsible for activities related to the conservation of monuments.
