A one-stop service hub for Gdańsk residents

The new service point allows Gdańsk residents to handle all matters related to the Resident Card in one place. Launched in 2017, the program offers free admission to 32 city attractions, discounts at over 200 restaurants, shops, and service providers, as well as numerous additional benefits – from free public transport for children and youth, to discounts for adults and seniors.

Through the “I’m from Gdańsk” app, users can also pay local taxes, borrow books, vote in the Civic Budget, and communicate with neighbors via the VILEO messenger.

Olivia Centre opens its doors wider

This new service point is the second of its kind in Gdańsk and the latest public institution available at Olivia Centre – joining Invest in Pomerania and the Gdańsk Talent Development Center. The complex also features Energa customer service points, numerous banks, a fitness center, cafés and restaurants, as well as free parking (up to 30 minutes).

– Through the functions we offer to residents and visitors, Olivia is becoming an integral part of Gdańsk’s growth. Our strategy is to introduce as many public services as possible, so that everyone can truly feel at home here – says Bogusław Wieczorek, Management Board Representative at Olivia Centre.

A hub for culture, meetings, and leisure

Olivia Centre is much more than just offices – hundreds of events take place here every year, including concerts, theater performances, and culinary experiences at the Michelin-recognized Arco by Paco Pérez and Treinta y Tres restaurants. The observation deck on the 32nd floor of Olivia Star offers a panoramic view of Gdańsk – from St. Mary’s Basilica, to the shipyard cranes, to the Tricity Landscape Park.

Since 2024, Olivia Centre has also featured a family multimedia entertainment center, a medical center, bistros, cafés, and restaurants, making it an attractive destination not just for office workers but for everyone looking to enjoy time in a lively, modern environment.

Bringing Olivia even closer to the community

The opening of the resident service point marks another step in Olivia’s mission to be more than a business center. By combining office, cultural, and social functions, Olivia Centre is becoming a popular and well-loved place for Gdańsk residents and visitors to spend time, discover the city, and connect with its vibrant community.
