“With the fourth piece of tiramisu we have completed works on the Silesia Business Park complex. More than 6 years have passed since the first shovel was struck and with hindsight we can talk about a great success – our project has become a recognisable point on the map of Katowice. Each of the buildings has been occupied by companies that will develop and hire employees here. All the buildings have been successfully sold. Silesia Business Park is a very important investment project for us”, said Mariusz Krzak, regional director in the Skanska office company in Poland.

Silesia Business Park, commonly known as tiramisu, has become one of the landmarks of Katowice and an important feature on the office map of the city. The complex is located in the centre of the Silesian agglomeration, at ul. Chorzowska – the main thoroughfare of the city. The location provides easy access to public transport and the nearby shopping centre. Each building has 12 storeys above ground, and the whole complex offers a total of 48,000 square metres of office space and 600 parking spaces – above ground and in a two-level underground garage. Buildings A and B of the complex were sold in 2015 to the Swedish investor Niam, while buildings C and D were bought by the Filipino investor ISOC Group in 2018.
