Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed a co-exclusive agent for leasing office space in Harmony Office Center II. The owner of the property has therefore begun the recommercialisation of the scheme.
Harmony Office Center II is a modern office complex located near the Pole Mokotowskie park in Warsaw. It comprises three buildings with a total area of approximately 18,000 sq m. The owner of buildings B, C and D, part of the complex, is Catalyst Core Plus European Property Fund (CCPEPF) of Catalyst Capital.
Catalyst Capital will recommercialise Harmony Office Center II with the support of new advisers. Its plans include the introduction of a new letting strategy, implementation of new marketing activities and refurbishment of the buildings’ common areas.
“Harmony Office Center II is a unique project on the office map of Warsaw owing to its prime location - it is located both close to the very centre of Warsaw and in close proximity to green areas and a metro station. A part of the complex will soon have vacant office space. We have teamed up with the owner to begin talks with potential tenants interested in leasing that space,” says Dariusz Karwański, Associate Director, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.
The mandate to advise on the leasing of office space in Harmony Office Center II does not extend to building A, owned by CRI and leased out to Millenium Bank. The other co-exclusive agent appointed by Catalyst Capital for leasing office space in buildings B, C and D of Harmony Office Center II is NAI Estate Fellows.
