Internet radio station newonce.radio will move to the Verit building in the Norblin Factory development.

Globalworth sells five Warsaw buildings for EUR 123 mln

The buildings that are to be sold under the preliminary agreement are Nordic Park (in the riverside Powiśle district – 9,000 sqm), Bliski Centrum (on ul. Żurawia in the city centre – 4,700 sqm, Warta Tower (central Warsaw – 30,000 sqm) as well as Batory Building I and Company House I (on the Al. Jerozolimskie airport corridor – 6,600 sqm and 6,200 sqm respectively). By 2023, 5th Corner plans to have invested more than EUR 30 mln in the complete renovation of the largest of these properties, Warta Tower.

New Punkt in Gdańsk

The construction of the Punkt office building has started in Wrzeszcz. This is a new and - after Officyna - another investment by Torus in this part of Gdańsk. The building will have almost 13 thousand. sq m lease area.

Develia to sell Sky Tower in Wrocław

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with an investment fund managed by Adventum Group to sell all its shares in Wrocław Sky Tower. The sale price set at €84.4 million, will be reduced by the value of unpaid incentives for tenants. Finalization of the transaction is expected at the end of 2021.

PERN leases two floors in INTRACO Prime in Warsaw

Polski Holding Nieruchomości concluded an agreement with PERN on leasing office space in INTRACO Prime located in Warsaw’s Muranów district. PERN will lease two floors of the 8-storey Class A office building, which is scheduled for commissioning in early 2022.

Adventum picks up Marynarska Point 1

Adventum Group has bought the Marynarska Point 1 office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management for an undisclosed sum. The purchaser has also revealed that it is poised to acquire another Warsaw building.

Norblin Factory ready for occupants

The occupancy permit has been issued for Capital Park’s Norblin Factory revitalisation project in Warsaw’s Wola district, signalling the completion of 46 months of construction work and a 13-year investment process.

Penta sells Wola plot to Lincoln and Enern

Penta Real Estate has sold a development site in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum district to Lincoln Property Company and Enern for around EUR 25 mln. The Form office building, which will contain app. 30,000 sqm of office space, is to be built on the purchased plot.
