The Gdansk-Północ District Court in Gdansk has decided to relocate its Third Land and Mortgage Register Division from its head office in Piekarnicza Street to the ZEFIR building in the Pomerania Office Park. The new office will occupy more than 2,000 sq m. The tenant was represented by Daria Zagożdżon-Dembicka from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.   ZEFIR is the first building of the Pomerania Office Park, located in Żabi Kruk Street in central Gdansk and close to the Old Town. It enjoys direct access to multimodal transport infrastructure. The four-floor office building offering 5,000 sq m of leasable space boasts a prime location, a high fit-out standard and a unique design.
