AURUS is an answer to the growing requirements of potential tenants, and an expression of our consistent efforts to win Clients’ trust. The key premise in planning the investment was the adjustment of the offer to individual needs, in order that it corresponds to the requirements both of international corporations and of smaller business entities.
We are convinced that the application of modern architecture, practical technological solutions and an aptly chosen location make AURUS an ideal place of work and an important point in Łódź’s commercial zone.
AURUS is a ten-storey class A building created in accordance with business ergonomics. The building, with a total lease area of 20 000 square meters, has been designed so as to enable a convenient and functional arrangement of space.
The simple mass of the building is underlined by large, regularly spaced, heat absorbent windows, which provide thermal comfort and protection against sunlight and noise. Office areas are designed so as to enable their flexible division – from open plan offices, through small office rooms, to spacious conference halls.
Tenants have at their disposal 381 parking spaces in two parking lots. 252 spaces are situated in the underground parking lot and 129 spaces are located in the grounds of the complex.
“AURUS” is situated at al. Piłsudskiego 86, in the Widzew district, which is the largest district of Łódź, 1 km away from the geographical center of the city.
Aleja Piłsudskiego is the city’s main artery, frequently referred to as the “East-West Route of Łódź”. It connects the city center with its two largest districts: Widzewem-Wschód and Retkinia. It crosses Piotrkowska Street at a distance of ca. 3 kilometers from the “AURUS” office building. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the city center.
Another advantage of the AURUS building is the proximity of Lódz-Lublinek Airport.
Al. Piłsudskiego is the location of multiple office buildings, as well as other important and recognized establishments in Łódź, including the Business Center, the Silver Screen Entertainment Center, and the IBIS Hotel developed by Echo Investment, as well as the Galeria Łódzka mall, King Cross, seat of the Łódzkie Province Marshal’s Office, and numerous shopping and service outlets.
You can have your lunch at the A Dong oriental restaurant, at the Marhaba venue serving Arab cuisine, or at the Domowe Jadło u Pawła restaurant serving traditional homemade food. For recreation, you can go for a walk at one of the nearby parks: Nad Jasieniem, or 3 Maja.
For those willing to commute to other parts of Łódź, there are numerous bus stops (lines: 54, 54a, 70, 82, 85, 96, 75, 153, 155) and tram stops (lines: 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14) located nearby the office building.
It takes several minutes to get to the railway station and coach station, and about a quarter of an hour to get to the Łódź-Lublinek Airport, from where you can set off for a longer business trip.
