„OPERA Office”, a modern class A office building situated in the vicinity of the Baltic Opera in Gdansk Wrzeszcz, near to the city centre, has access to the main traffic artery - Aleja Zwycięstwa 13a. Its functional and aesthetic design blends in well with the surrounding trees and creates a unique architectural framework. The interior's layout is specifically designed to enable the creation of comfortable office spaces. OPERA Office has two wings - the five storey A wing and a four-storey B wing - and an underground car park on one level. A lucid and modern shape of the building coupled with a concern for efficient use of space will enable the creation of spacious and attractive office areas. Simple, modern and dynamic form of interior design clearly emphasizes the office function of the project. Our goal was to create bright and spacious common areas that will guarantee the quality for future companies, the applied materials and elements - Corian, stone, glass, lamps in the shape of the spatial geometric shapes - underline the dynamic and modern character of the building.
The Building is located on the border between two distinct urban areas of Gdańsk - a green belt extending from Steffens Park to the Academic Sports Centre of the Technical University of Gdańsk and a belt including buildings of cultural importance such as the Baltic Opera and a cinema complex. The design of the building blends in with the existing ancient trees and its size refers to the neighbouring public facilities. The building's long sides run along the course of the adjacent streets.
