Architecture

The Retro Office House, was designed by the Kurylowicz & Associates studio. The prestigious building, completed in 2018, combines the best traditions of Wroclaw's early 20th century architecture with modern technologies

The Retro structure's timeless elegance blends perfectly with the neighboring Capitol Theater. The impressive interiors are consistent with the facade and provide maximum light exposure thanks to two glass-roofed patios. The elegant black resin-based floors with black marble aggregate have a subtle sheen and fit perfectly into the spacious, glamorous interior. At the same time, they provide an attractive backdrop for the artworks on display in the atrium. Retro Office House's extraordinary finish has been recognized several times. Most recently in 2019 with the Top Builder statuette - one of the most respected awards in the Polish construction market.

Located at 69 Pilsudskiego Street in the center of Wroclaw, the building offers excellent connections to every part of the city. It has two, underground parking lots and easily accessible parking spaces in the neighborhood.
