Nowy Rynek is a multi-stage office, residential and retail project that Skanska is implementing on the area of 3.5 ha in the center of Poznań. Ultimately, over 100,000 sq m will be built. usable area.

First, two office buildings with an area of 25 thousand sqm and 12 thousand sqm, their construction will be completed in 2019. The first one was commissioned in Q2 2019, it was sold to the Franklin Templeton Investments fund. The second one will be ready in Q4 2019, almost in its entirety (10,200 sq m) by Żabka Polska.

The third office building of the so-called D, will deliver approx. 39 thousand. sqm modern office space. Its construction started in May 2019. The completion of works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021. The office building is being built at the intersection of Wierzbięcice and Wujka streets. It will combine office, service and commercial functions.
