Green Corner is a project of a 8-storey building, which will offer approx. 25 000 sq m of rentable office space. The two levels underground parking lot will provide parking spaces for 265 vehicles and 40 bicycles. Offices will be equipped with raised floors providing full flexibility in cabling distribution, suspended ceilings with integrated light system and modern heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system based on cooling beams. The building will be operated using modern Building Management System. Thanks to the glass façade an optimal amount of natural light will be provided for the interiors. Modern solutions implemented in the project shall improve comfort of work and be friendly for the natural environment. Green Corner received LEED Platinum pre-certification.
The building is situated at the corner of Chłodna and Wronia Streets close to the intersection of Okopowa Street and Solidarności Avenue, which is one of the biggest traffic artery. The location allows to get to the other parts of the city in easy and quick way, so by car as by the public transport. The building will be situated just 10 minutes walk from the planned underground station: Daszynskiego Roundabout.
