We are a subsidiary of the listed SPIE S.A Group. In its structure we belong to SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa present in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.

SPIE as an independent european leader in the field of energy production and communication, supports its clients in engineering, building, utilizing and maintaining energy-efficient and enviornment-friendly facilities.

The concern acquires new competences and diversifies rendered services through numerous takeovers.

One of those was the acquisition of AGIS Fire & Security in 2016 - a company specialising in electronic security systems and fire protection. AGIS is present in Poland and Hungary.

Another important decision for us was the purchase of the SAG Group present in France, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. In Poland, it is represented by SPIE Elbud Gdańsk and SPIE Elbud Kraków providing engineering, construction and modernization of power networks.
