Devco Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) was founded in 1997 with the idea of creating a perfect place for business – appropriate for intensive work, as well as recreation- and relaxation-friendly. We dealt, first of all, with the acquisition, construction and management of real estate of a commercial nature. Nowadays our Company manages its own office complex, Wroclaw Business Park, on Strzegomska Street, and four suites at the Wall St. House building at 12 Włodkowica Street, both in Wrocław. Owing to tenants noticing our positive dissimilarity and appreciating the individual nature of our facilities, we have begun construction of a further modern class A office complex of an area of 20,000 m² dedicated for rent, Wroclaw Business Park 2, on Wołowska Street. As a company which takes care of the client, we have given priority to aesthetics, execution to a high standard and degree of functionality. We strive to make our facilities environmentally-friendly and well-matched to their surroundings. When arranging them, we attempt to meet the individual needs of the future tenant.
