JLL: Business services sector leases 380,000 sqm of office space outside Warsaw

In 2015 companies from the industry leased 380,000 sqm of office space, which accounted for 56 percent of overall demand on major markets outside Warsaw, according to JLL's recent data on the activity of tenants from the business services sector in 2015.

Skanska sells portfolio of four office buildings in two Polish regional cities

Skanska Commercial Development Europe has sold a portfolio of four office buildings in two Polish regional cities. A fund managed by the Swedish fund manager Niam has purchased two investments in Krakow, Kapelanka 42 A and Axis, as well as buildings A and B at the Silesia Business Park complex in Katowice. This is the largest sales transaction conducted this year in the CEE office market and the largest transaction in the history of Skanska's activity in this region.

CBRE: CEE Property Investment Volumes Reach Record Levels in Q3
