Approximately 730 m of office and service space has been designed in the five-storey building. A typical office floor area will be approximately 172 m2, with the possibility of dividing it into two or more premises. The office building provides an arrangement tailored to the needs of tenants as well as advanced telecommunications, security, ventilation and air conditioning solutions.

City Office II is the second stage of the implementation of a modern complex of office buildings located on the border of the dynamically developing districts: Piecki - Migowo and Suchanino.
