The planned building is the third stage of the construction of a complex of office and service buildings on the border of the dynamically developing districts of Gdańsk: Piecki-Migowo and Suchanino at Trzy Lipy Street. The building will be erected in the central office and service center of the district, which includes Gdańsk Science and Technology Park and Morena Shopping Center. In the vicinity of the planned investment, the New Polytechnic road is planned along with a tram line connecting the district with Wrzeszcz in Gdańsk.

The investment is a continuation of the function of the existing office and service complex. It will be a seven-storey building with an underground car park. Modern office space designed modularly will enable flexible divisions into offices, depending on the needs of the tenant, ranging in size from 25-400 m2. In order to ensure favorable climatic conditions for work, the premises will be equipped with windows that open. The building will be served by two electric lifts.
