F 262 Fordońska Office Centre is a modern six-storey class A office centre with a spacious car park and easy access to the city centre. It will be built at Fordonska Street, one of the main streets in Bydgoszcz, on the way to Torun and Warsaw
The construction of F 262 Fordońska Office Centre will take place in two stages. In the first stage floor space is 1040 meters, in the second stage, floor space rises to 2,300 meters. It is a perfect location for large expanding firms. The design of the building will allow for flexible floor plans - from open-plan offices to small independent modules with an area of about 100 m2. The ground floors of the buildings are intended for commercial retail and service use.
