Dor Plaza is a modern class A office building with a total area of ​​14,600 m2, some of which is an offer for sale. Located on the main exit routes with excellent access to both the airport. F. Chopin, as well as the city center, at the intersection of 1 Sierpnia and Iłżecka Streets (around Żwirki i Wigury Street). The building offers 7 overground storeys and 3 underground levels - including about 240 parking spaces. Dor Plaza was designed by the renowned office of architect Andrzej Wyszyński, MHW Architekci. The facility is planned as an irregular polygon, adapted to the plot contour, with a shape similar to the letter "Z" with rounded corners. Particular attention in the project was paid to the preservation of old trees on the southern facade of the building, as well as the use of energy-saving and ecological solutions,
