<p><strong style="color: #676767; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;">Stage I of the investment</strong><span style="color: #676767; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"> started in 2008 by appointing an executive project &amp; design team. The team's task was to prepare a complete concept of the revitalization process and plan further development of the real estate. The assumption was that modernity of new buildings should be well combined with the post-industrial nature of our property. Stage I enabled us to commission more than 7 000 sq. m of modern office space, whose commercialisation was a full success shortly after having received an occupancy permit.</span></p>
