<p>At completion Bonarka for Business (B4B) consists of ten class A office buildings with total area of approximately 95 000 sq m in a unique urban arrangement.</p>
<p>The first phase of buildings (A,B,C,D,E,F) were completed between 2011 and 2015. The construction of further buildings is expected from 2016 to 2020.</p>
<p>B4B has won a number of competitions, including the 'Kraków - My Home 2014" and the ‘artURBANICA 2012 Quality Award’  in the architecture of urban space category and the 'Prime Property Prize Małopolska 2013' in the office building category for meeting the needs of the most demanding tenants.</p>
