Business Link with another location in Warsaw.

The Studio office building, Skanska's latest Warsaw project, is the new - second in the capital - location of the premium flexible office operator. Business Link provides future tenants with nearly 2,900 sqm of modern flexible space with up to 400 workspaces.

Futureal finishes Wratislavia Tower retrofitting

Futureal Investment Partners, a member of Futureal Group, has finalized the ESG repositioning of its Wratislavia Tower in Wrocław, Poland. During the process, the building also received a BREEAM Excellent in-use certificate. The retrofitting project followed Futureal's "Office Impact Strategy," whereby older office buildings are being redeveloped to meet modern ESG market standards.

Solida Capital acquires office building in Warsaw CBD

Solida Capital Europe announced the acquisition of the Grójecka 5 office building in the centre of Warsaw, spanning approximately 11,500 gross leasable area. The price has not been disclosed.

Lease renewals for more than 3,500 sqm in equal Business park

Apollo-Rida, the owner and manager of the Equal Business Park in Krakow, has renewed leases for more than 3,500 sqm of office space with four tenants. Real estate advisory firm Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for the complex.

Eolus poland joins the Life building

Eolus Poland, a renewable energy developer from Sweden, will become one of the tenants of the LIFE Building. It will soon occupy nearly 300 sqm of the office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. JLL Polska, representing VIG Fund, is responsible for the full commercialisation of LIFE Building, while Find Office represented Eolus Poland in the negotiation process.

B4B Business park concludes busy 2023 with 8,500 sqm in leasing transactions

Bonarka for Business “B4B” has completed 6 leasing transactions in 5 buildings during the final quarter of 2023. These transactions encompass a total GLA of approximately 8,500 square meters and include new leases, renewals and one expansion. Notably, B4B has attracted two new tenants, namely Apollo Investment and Enetecs, who will conduct their operations in Building D and Building F, respectively, while Remi/Holding 1 has signed a new office lease in Building A.

From Sweden to Life Building

Eolus Poland will join the tenants of Life Building in Warsaw's Wola district. The Swedish-based renewable energy developer will occupy nearly 300 sqm in the office building in April.

Polish office market is adapting to the new reality
